We bring Artificial Intelligence inside our buildings by developing innovative systems and applications: DCIM, Video Management, Access Control and Power Distribution Systems.

We are starting selling our products to external customers (other than our data center sister company)

With 20 engineers, we are willing to keep the great atmosphere of a small company but are heading for more structure, processes and seniority.

The Job

 

You will be responsible for the organization & management of a QA testing process with demonstrated comprehensive QA skills. 

You will define a clear test strategy (writing test plan & test cases) and procedures for continuous improvement of Etix Labs products. You will also demonstrate advanced skills in Application Lifecycle Management

You will be in charge of the UI testing of our products and will handle customers feedback (by using Atlassian tools), and even provide live chat supporte for future customers.

Preparing QA and release documentations and changelogs, as well as updating specifications will be in your scope. 

You will maintain & enhance software release standards & processes and continuously improve the QA methodology, by developing and maintaining policies, procedures and templates.

You will ensure high quality releases which meet the business requirements within a specific timeline, by informing the team about freezing master, performing final QA before giving the « Go » for release and orchestrating bug-fixing (debug, analyze, proving root cause and write clear explanations).

You will have the opportunity to work on different browsers (IE, Safari, Firefox, Opera) and with cross-functional teams to promote & advocate quality delivery with skilled developers!

The Perfect Profile Match

 

You have a strong experience in QA / Testing techniques and strategies. 

You have clear and concise writing skills and excellent communication skills. You appreciate to help others and always bring innovative ideas

You already have experience with JIRA and other Atlassian tools, as well as the SCRUM Methodology. 

Collaboration and sharing knowledge with your peers is your daily routine, and coding experience would be preferred.
